repairs, service and cleaning and replacement systems. Recently
we have found that some insurance companies are adopting the policy of asking
for a report from your engineer, with reference to the annual service date,
and relevant work done at this time, in the event of a claim. Without such
proof, you could find yourself un-insured in the event of a boiler fire.
Manufacturers recommend annual service and cleaning. It’s not worth the risk
of not carrying out this routine task.
